Northside Community Involvement Hosts Jamboree on Ave B

Northside Community Involvement, Inc. 2nd Annual Jamboree on Ave. B took place on Saturday across the street from the church. Northside Community Involvement, Inc. mission is to help the community become closer and take an active vital part in their community. The event was a fun filled day that included a garage sale, food for a small fee, carnival games, bouncey houses, a dunk tank and a water slide for the kids. “It was a great day enjoying the people in the community. What a success! We would like to thank everyone that attended as well as all the fabulous volunteers,” said NCI Administrative Assistant Rhynette Chatman. NCI is a nonprofit organization that is making a difference in the lives of children and families in the city of Jacksonville, particular in the northwest community.  For more visit www.ncijax.org.
