Unity Club Members Advocate Charitable Passion for Christ

This past Sunday, the Unity Club composed of members from various area church, continued their quarterly outreach with member congregations. The purpose of the Unity Club is to promote a congenial fellowship between members and to contribute and/or provide service to various charities. Once a quarter the Club selects a member’s church to fellowship. This past Sunday the Unity Club visited Greater Macedonia Baptist Church for a day of spiritual worship service followed by bowling. Celebrating their twentieth anniversary, members also visit the sick and shut in. They are under the leadership of Mrs. Olivia Young. “All year long we can’t wait to get together to fellowship. We also love visiting the nursing homes to provide a smile or bring items for the patients. My mother is a member of the club and many of the elders that knew me as a child and some are my longtime friends. We are thankful for the time we fellowship.
