St. Thomas Missionary Baptist Church is hosting an ‘Pastor Appreciation Day,’ Sunday, August 18th at 10 a.m. to honor the esteemed Pastor Ernie L. Murray, Sr., Emeritus. Pastor Murray served as Senior Pastor of St. Thomas Missionary Baptist for 38 years before retiring on December 31, 2023. Family, friends, pastors, ministers and the community are all invited to worship with Pastor Murray and the congregation, to hear God’s Word preached by Bishop Rudolph McKissick, Sr. of Bethel Baptist Institutional Church. The community is invited to join Pastor Terry Brown, Senior Pastor, and St. Thomas Missionary Baptist Church family at 5683 Moncrief Road.
