The Omega Zeta Zeta Chapter (OZZ) of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., left no child behind as the chapter distributed water and snack packs to the parents in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) inside Baptist Health Chartrand Frisch Family Birth and Newborn Center in downtown Jacksonville. Located adjacent to Wolfson Children’s Hospital, the center is where pediatric specialists provide immediate life-saving care when a newborn needs it. The OZZ team distributed more than 50 bags of goodies with each pack carrying perishables and a designed pouch by the Pampers Corporation. “Community service is our mantra, as a sorority it’s not about the colors, it’s about giving back,” said President Lisa Gillette. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., was founded on
the principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterly Love and Finer Womanhood. OZZ chapter was chartered on November 7, 2011.
