Sitting in the restaurant enjoying her southern crab boil, Minnie Morman celebrated her birthday with fourteen of her closest friends. Native Jacksonvillian Minnie Morman was born on September 19, 1959 and was the youngest sibling of 12 children. She graduated from Westside High School and served five years in the United State Air Force. After pondering her future, she registered for college courses and graduated this summer from Florida State College of Jacksonville (FSCJ) with a Bachelors Degree in Logistics. She is currently employed with McDonalds and has been married for twenty-two years to her husband David Morman and has two adult children. “Wow, what a birthday, I’m 60 years old and sitting here reminiscing on my life and how God has been good to me,” said Minnie.
