Making Good Trouble Bus Excites Jacksonville Voters

A coalition of groups including The Transformative Justice Coalition (TJC), the National Newspaper Publishers Association (NNPA), Rainbow Push, the Hip Hop Caucus and others are on a bus tour across the nation to blunt voter suppression and misinformation ahead of the all-important midterm elections. The bar is set high: 10 million more Black voters.

With photos of the late Georgia Democratic Rep. John Lewis blanketing the bus, the advocacy is touting Making Good Trouble encouraging them to vote.

The bus tour began October 8th with stops in Minneapolis, MN, Detroit, Michigan; Raleigh, North Carolina, Brunswick, Georgia and arrived in Jacksonville for their last stop at the Shoppes of Sherwood to galvanize fraternities, sororities, the NAACP and all interested registered voters ready for the the challenge.  Shown are black voters ready for the challenge.
