In June 2020, Kids Hope Alliance developed the DREAM (Diversity, Race and Equity Advancing the Mission) Work Group to address racial equity issues internally and within the Jacksonville community. As a result, Kids Hope Alliance engaged the services of Mr. Rodney Hurst and Dr. Rudy Jamison in facilitating external focus groups with KHA’s providers. Dr. Jamison and Mr. Hurst have partnered to author the new release Never Forget Who You Are: Conversations About Racism and Identity Development and hosted a book signing at Kids Hope Alliance. The book signing was well attended and much appreciated by KHA Staff. Congratulations to Mr. Hurst and Dr. Jamison on this new endeavor on enlightening our community.
