The members of Kappa Alpha Psi Jacksonville Foundation Alumni Chapter recently held their annual ‘Black and White Ball,’ black tie affair event to raise funds for their Dr. Charles B. McIntosh Community Achievement Center.  The center’s namesake is Jacksonville’s first African American pediatrician. Recently the center broke ground breaking next to the fraternity’s Kappa Alpha Psi Memorial House on Moncrief Rd.

Hundreds of Fraternity members, patrons, friends and supporters attended the soiree for a night of dancing, entertainment and camaraderie inside the World Golf Village in Saint Augustine.  The event was complete with a formal dinner, live band, DJ and silent auction raising thousands to assist with the projects next steps.
