Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, an upscale hotel located in the heart of downtown on the St. Johns River next to the scenic Main Street Bridge, announces the appointment of Rocco LaFronza as Director of Operations. In his role, LaFronza will oversee the hotel operations ensuring efficiency to drive exceptional guest experiences.

With more than 17 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, LaFronza began his Hyatt career as a front office host at Hyatt Regency Chicago. During his time at that property, LaFronza held various leadership roles in several areas including Front Desk, Guest Services, Housekeeping and Human Resources. Following his time in Chicago, LaFronza transferred to Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa where he held the position of Assistant Director of Operations, followed by a promotion to Director of Operations at Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago.
LaFronza graduated from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration and Management.
