The inaugural ‘Hair Around the World,’ hair and fashion showcase was recently held at the Main Library in downtown Duval. Darryl Goodman, owner of 4 African Imports and Jordyn Clayton of House of Azhante fashion houses held a welcome to spring ‘Hair Around the World,’ hair and
fashion showcase. The event brought together hair fanatics and curious individuals wanting to “level-up” in their attire and natural tresses to come face to face with vendor booths and the chance to win big in the mannequin and salon competition.
This hair-raising inaugural occasion was coordinated by Trendsetters of Florida School of Beauty hairstylist Michelle Clayton for an industry insider event.
The agenda included a chef prepared gourmet with a twist buffet, raffle and beauty and barber hairstyle competitions.
Held inside the Main library, participants were able to exchange ideas with veteran stylists, facilitators and students about their hair care journey, products and next innovative ideas coming on the hair care scene.
