Jackson – With over 100 homicides counted for in Duval County, Brandon Warren – Owner/CEO of Brandon Fitness presented the 2nd annual Gunz Up, Guns Down Fitness Workout for students in Duval county. On December 18th, the Bob Hayes Sports Complex grounds on Soutel Drive was packed with over 100 participants ready to exercise and pledge to commit to a gun free new year. The purpose of the event is to engage families and at-risk teens to participate in a fitness workout, using fitness as an alternative for negative energy and thinking. Shown are participants exercising and renewing their new year’s resolution mantra.
