By Lynn JonesTurpin – To create a ministerial atmosphere for women to discuss their journey and plights in life, ‘The Green Room’ talk show host Mischell Glenn opened her stage for a live studio audience taping inside the HC Multicultural Center on the Westside. Gracing the stage were guest realtor and author Dr. Delaine Smith, financial/credit repair guru Janay White and Attorney Millicent Daniels.

Each guest opened up about how their accomplishments were achieved, yet sometimes they suffered in silence with issues concerning molestation, finances and relationships. The Green Room theme opens the door to green light women to open up and share the issues that keep women from admitting to their mistakes and taking heed to new visions of success and how to create a synergy to live their best life now.

Glenn’s goal is to create a movement of women to assemble, motivate, empower and encourage others through sharing their stories.

“In the green room, trails become triumphs,” said Glenn. The studio audience was able to seize a glimpse into the guest stories of how they received coaching, therapy, while acknowledging their faults, fears and phobias. Currently, the show is in production and will air on the Inspire Network App and headed to syndication on a major network near you.
