Dozens of supporters gathers gathered for Empowerment Resources Inc.’s (ERI) ‘Sip and Shop’ event at Kendra Scott designer’s jewelry boutique at the St. Johns Town Center. In person guests were able to sip and shop and as well as enjoy a panel discussion focused on best friends gift of shopping for Beauty, Fashion, and Fitness (BFF). The discussion was led by Geretha Terrell Moore, the president of Laila Brandon Company. For those who were not able to attend in person, they were able to support ERI by shopping online where ERI benefitted 20% from guest purchases!
This was ERI’s first event to kick off ERI’s 20th year of programming. Money raised from the event will go to support youth and family programs. The next event is the Empower Jax Mixer on Tuesday, August 22 from 5:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m. inside the Aloft Hotel located at Tapestry Park. Guests can network while enjoying some small bites, live music and learn more about Empowerment Resources volunteer opportunities and programs.
