Jacksonville Beach, FL – Elderly Housing Management Corporation (EHMC) is a nonprofit management company and the manager of Pablo Towers, Pablo Suites, and Pablo Hamlet, which are owned by nonprofit corporations. EHMC is proud to announce that applications are now open for 50 new Independent Senior Living Apartments at Pablo Hamlet, located at 1600 Shetter Avenue in Jacksonville Beach, FL.

Serving the Jacksonville Beaches for more than 20 years, Pablo Hamlet has expanded to meet the needs of the Beaches communities by providing quality, affordable elderly housing in a lovely environment with a compassionate residential apartment atmosphere. The property is nestled in Mother Nature just east of the Intracoastal Waterway and west of the Atlantic Ocean.

Eligibility requires one person must be at least 62 years old. Individual rents are based on each resident’s annual adjusted income established by the Federal Government.

EHMC, Smith Henzy and Auld and White Constructors  has overseen the total upgrading and expansion of the existing one- and two-bedroom apartments and completed the new construction of the 50 new one-bedroom apartments. The latter is now open for application. The property includes a quiet setting with walking trails, a pond, and nature park landscaping, and it’s close to Beaches shopping, dining, churches, world-class medical facilities, and the Atlantic Ocean.
