Retired Army Commander Darryl Goodman turned his passion for travel and commerce into an opportunity for local residents with the presentation of his African Bazaar ‘pop up shops.’ Delivering custom made designs and authentic fabrics straight from Ghana, Goodman’s clientele continues to grow as he continues to expand his cultural concept.

Produced by Goodman’s 4Imports company, the latest installment held at the main library downtown, included local vendors, model casting call, entertainment and fashion competition.

“This was a spiced up affair with friends and supporters for the holiday season. Every African American needs an African outfit in their closet. Especially for Kwanza,” smiled Goodman.
