Jacksonville’s Alpha Beta Eta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated recently sponsored a healthy produce drive at Aging True Community Senior Services benefiting the 
local Meals on Wheels program. “I am so proud of our Chapter and the community for supporting such a worthy cause and organization. The seniors who will benefit from these donations could be any of our family members, so it is our pleasure to be of service.” said Chapter President Vernice Whitfield deeming the event a success. Aging True helps seniors continue to live healthy lifestyles, while allowing them to remain independent. The chapter’s next activity is a Virtual Community Workshop titled: Building Your Economic Legacy, Financial Planning, Investments, Insurance and Entrepreneurship on Saturday, April 30, 2022.
