Local artists, food and non-food vendors can apply to be a part of the festival now through July 12 – St. Augustine, FL (June 10, 2024) – Sing Out Loud Festival, the annual celebration of music and community has officially opened applications for its Local Artist Showcases and for local vendors that would like to sell food or goods during the Live Wildy Showcase at Francis Field on September 21 and 22. Applications will be accepted today through Friday, July 12 online at APPLY.
The Local Artist Showcases are a fixture of Sing Out Loud Festival and provide music enthusiasts the opportunity to explore the area’s vibrant music scene. The free showcases feature over 100 local and regional artists ranging in genres from indie rock to bluegrass, hip hop to country, comedy to spoken word at multiple venues throughout the festival. This year’s Local Artist Showcases will take place over the first, second, and third weekends in September at numerous venues throughout St. Augustine. Local and regional singers, songwriters, musicians, and entertainers are encouraged to apply.
Sing Out Loud has also hosted dozens of local food trucks, highlighting the fantastically diverse cuisine of North Florida. New this year will be the opportunity for local makers to join food trucks at the festival grounds on Francis Field during the Live Wildly Showcase on September 21 and 22. Food vendors and makers that are locally sourced and crafted are preferred to provide an array of authentic food and goods to festival attendees.
Sing Out Loud Sing Out Loud has long been a celebration of live music in North Florida. Now in its eighth year, Sing Out Loud has grown into an expansive and truly epic festival spanning four weekends in September. In addition to free Local Artist Showcases, the festival is packed with national headlining acts including Eric Church, Noah Kahan, Norah Jones, Ryan Bingham with the Texas Gentlemen, and eight more acts during the Live Wildly Showcase on September 21 and 22 on Francis Field in historic downtown St. Augustine.
Additional headlining shows, free community events, and surprises will be announced in the next several weeks.
