Last weekend comedian, actress and author Sherri Shepherd bought her “Wiser, Prettier, Funnier & Tired” tour to the Comedy Zone in Mandarin. A former legal secretary, Sherri is traveling the country sharing her life with audiences around the globe. From games shows to talk shows to movies, Sherri’s resume is an extension of staying true to her craft and admitting her mistakes and taking those mistakes to bring laughter to her fans. Sherri credits Caryn Elaine Johnson, also known as Whoopi Goldberg as her mentor and friend. Sherri and her team also gifted local non-profit Families of Slain Children, Inc. with tickets to the show. “Just because I was cheated on, divorced and a single mom, we still have to laugh.
