Prince Hall Commencement Exercises Expands Education and Life Skills Communication for Florida Masons and Eastern Stars

The Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Florida, Belize Central America, Jurisdiction, Incorporated, Prince Hall Affiliated celebrated its 147th Annual Grand Communication from April 7 – 10, at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Jacksonville.

Over the past year, the 68 new graduates worked to receive the Associates Arts degree in Masonry. The Associate of Arts degree requires completion of Masonic courses in addition to service and research requirements. It was the inaugural commencement exercise of the Most Worshipful Walter Gulley, Jr. University of Instruction.

The purpose of the University is to provide an opportunity for members of the Most Worshipful Union Grand Lodge and Jerusalem Grand Chapter, Order of the Easter to further develop and expand their Masonic education and life skills.
