To gear up for a hectic Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 28, Jacksonville-based Firehouse Subs is donating and delivering meals to feed over 120 Jacksonville-area firefighters, across eight fire stations.
On Wednesday, November 27, Firehouse Subs’ President Mike Hancock hand-delivered the firefighter-founded brand’s new Thanksgiving Turkey Subs to the men and women at Saint Augustine Fire Department to show his gratitude and appreciation for their service.
Hancock is dedicated to supporting local heroes year-round and shares the brand’s commitment to giving back through Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, which has granted more than $5.3 million in the Greater Jacksonville area and over $13 million in the state of Florida.
A portion of every sale at any Firehouse Subs in the U.S., including those right here in Jacksonville, benefits the Foundation to help achieve its mission of providing lifesaving equipment and resources to first responders and public safety organizations across the country.
