The installation of officers for the First Coast Pan Hellenic 2020-2021 term took place on Sunday, December 29th at First Timothy Baptist Church. The advent of the new leadership followed the Greek Council group worship to set the pace for the upcoming year.
The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) is a collaborative organization of nine historically African American, international Greek lettered fraternities and sororities. Collectively members of the NPHC are referred to as the “Divine Nine.” Through their unified efforts, they present forums, meetings and other mediums for the exchange of information to produce cooperative programming and initiatives through various activities and functions. Last year the local Council, representing over 1,000 members and 16 chapters, held election forums, awarded scholarships and participated in various community activities.
