North Jacksonville Welcomes Community Hospice & Palliative Care’s Newest Office

May 20, 2024 (Jacksonville, Fla.) – Community Hospice & Palliative Care celebrated the grand opening of its newest office in North Jacksonville on Saturday, May 18, 2024. Located at 2386 Dunn Avenue #109, Jacksonville, Florida 32218, this office brings essential services and resources to the local community, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to providing compassionate care and support.

The grand opening event, held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., marked a significant milestone for Community Hospice & Palliative Care as it expanded its presence to serve North Jacksonville residents better.

Local community leaders attended the opening and had the opportunity to tour the new facility, learn about the services offered, and meet with staff members dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals and families facing serious illness and end-of-life challenges.

“The opening of our North Jacksonville office represents our continued dedication to meeting the needs of the communities we serve,” said Kenny Stevenson, COO of Community Hospice & Palliative Care. “We are excited to bring our comprehensive range of services to the Northside community. Having access to compassionate care and support services close to home is invaluable for individuals and families navigating serious illness and end-of-life care decisions.”

The office features a community room available for local organizations, civic groups, and professionals, providing a welcoming space for meetings, workshops, and other community events. Additionally, this facility will offer bereavement support for local community members who may have experienced a loss.
