For the 15th year, the Ms. Senior Jacksonville and Diva Pageant contestants wowed the over 300 audience members with their statesmanship. The energized contestants under the directorship of Kenyonn Demps energized the audience with a glow in the dark fan routine to the classic song and pageant theme Feeling Good by Nina Simone. The theme echoed throughout the competition that included evening wear and words of wisdom.

“What an amazing and exciting representation of mature women in our community,” said organizer Kenyonn Demps.  Every year, the pageant journey consists of interview retraining, networking, platform development, friend making, confidence rebuilding, and learning something new and different. This year, the contestants were encouraged to step out of their comfort zone by making appearances, knowing their why, presenting their platforms, and her story.

The 2024 Queens have a one-year reign and will serve the community making a positive impact and promoting their cause.  Congratulations to Jacqueline Luciano, Ms. Senior Jacksonville whose platform is inclusivity and to Netosh Atwater, Ms. Senior Diva whose platform is WOVEN (Women of Victory Even Now).
