By Ivan Mote – Over 700 female riders met at ADAMAC Harley-Davidson in St. Augustine, FL for a police escorted ride, then returned to Duval for parties and empowerment sessions at the Aloft hotel on Southside Boulevard. The ‘All Female Ride,’ began 10 years ago by its founder Jenn Brew. The collaboration of local female riders shared the vision of building bridges between female motorcyclists from all walks of life in the spirit of unity to celebrate women. Women from around the state of Florida and the country converged for a day of friendship and camaraderie admiring their bikes and perusing new bikes for their revved up collection.  “Women have been riding motorcycles for years. This event is for us to be recognized on the male motorcycle frontline,’ said Ms. Jenn. Statistics state that 19 percent of motorcycle owners are female. Among Millennials, 26 percent of motorcycle owners were women. Among Gen X, 22 percent were women.
