JTA & COMTO On the Move with Thanksgiving Basket Donations

The JTA Cares Team teamed up with the Jacksonville chapter of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) and the JTA Chapter of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) Union to present 70 Thanksgiving Baskets to the residents at Sulzbacher Village. The baskets included everything needed for a thanksgiving meal including, turkeys or chickens, seasonings, stuffing, veggies, pies, bread and other treats. Residents heard remarks from Sulzbacher CEO Cindy Funkhouser, JTA CEO Nathaniel P. Ford Sr., Chris Macklin president of the Jacksonville Chapter of COMTO and Melvin Nesmith, VP of IAM District 112.
