Job seekers had the opportunity to attend the Work Your Dream Job Fair held at the Highlands Library on the Northside. The job fair featured various employers and positions of all types with interviews taking place on site. Attendees were asked to come dressed professionally and ready to interview.
The Work Your Dream Job Fair is the brainchild of Nashon Nicks, head of the Community Resources Education Development Institute (CREDI) which focuses on mentoring tutoring, education, job training, martial arts and juvenile initiatives for the First Coast Leadership Foundation. “In order for a dream to come alive, you have to work it with consistency and commitment,” said Nicks. Work Your Dream Job Fair is held every quarter. For more information visit www.nahshonnicks.com. Photo Credit to Julie El-Chaer
