Jacksonville native Morgan Cameron crowned HBCU Queen Miss Florida Memorial University

Proud parents Vincent and Jaynell Cameron, joined family and friends for a trek to Miami to witness their daughter being crowned Miss Florida Memorial University.
The Bishop Kenney High School graduate has been active on campus serving in everything from student government to president of the campus chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. In her private time she enjoys mentoring and entrepreneurship with a knack for cooking as a chef, and private caterer of Kouture Katering.
Currently the college junior is an Information Technology major with plans to further her study with an MBA International Business Administration.
As part of her platform, the HBCU queen aims to promote recycling, campus visibility and restoring pride in her institution.
Morgan is the daughter of Mr. Vincent Cameron, International Longshoreman’s Vice President and Dr. Jaynell Cameron. She credits her success to her late grand-mothers who she wished could see her success.
