The beloved music festival returns May 9–10 at Metropolitan Park with legendary performers and nonstop vibes

After years of anticipation and public demand, Funk Fest is making its long-awaited return to Jacksonville for a two-day celebration that promises to deliver the soulful sounds and electric energy fans have missed. Dubbed “The Rebirth,” the 2025 edition will take place May 9th and 10th at Metropolitan Park, bringing together some of the biggest names in R&B, hip-hop and Southern soul.

With a lineup as bold as the festival’s legacy, this year’s headliners include Charlie Wilson, Trey Songz, Boosie, King George, 112, Marsha Ambrosius, Donell Jones, 8Ball & MJG, Carl Thomas, Tela, and 803 Fresh – an artist roll call destined to thrill fans across generations.
