By Lynn Jones – Comedian Kountry Wayne will be in Jacksonville this weekend with his ‘Kountry Wayne: Straight Out The Mud’ tour with stops around the country. Born and raised in the town of Millen, Georgia, Wayne is living a life of manifestation. With ten children he doesn’t blink an eye and knows that he blessed beyond measure. “God pushed me to the top, because I believe in Jesus. I’m not stopping. The goal is to inspire people with laughter,” said Wayne. Wayne’s daily mantra is ‘Jesus is popping!’ Wayne may be from the Kountry, but he also believes that what doesn’t kill you will make you stronger. His mother passed away when he was 11 years old and he became very promiscuous with his dealings with the ladies. Some may say that having 10 children is a curse; Wayne sees it as a blessing and security for the future. With his social media presence Wayne is now incorporating his children in his many social comedy skits.
In October 2014 Wayne posted his first social media post that quickly went viral. From there Wayne’s stardom took off. Many of his sketches were seen by notable celebrities where he garnered a large following and now boasts more than 3.3 million followers. From his humble beginnings to the star of the stage, Wayne is on top of his comedy game. “I took my time and watched what was happening on the comedy scene, honed my craft and now I’m here and yes Jesus is popping because I am a believer,” said Wayne. With movie roles and sitcom features under his belt, Wayne is taking Hollywood by storm.
