Chi Eta Phi Awards Scholarships to Empower Future Nurses

Four nursing students were honored with $500 scholarships at the 33rd Helen Bargeron Scholarship Gala, recognizing their commitment to academic excellence and the nursing profession. The awards ceremony held at the Schultz Center, will support the recipients as they complete their undergraduate education and continue their journey toward becoming registered nurses. Applicants were required to meet specific criteria, including maintaining a minimum 2.5 GPA, being in their senior year of a nursing program, submitting an essay, and actively participating in community service.

Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc., is a professional organization dedicated to supporting registered nurses and student nurses of all genders, cultures, and diverse backgrounds with a membership of over 9,000. Through initiatives like this, the organization continues to invest in the future of healthcare by empowering the next generation of nursing professionals.
