Ms. D. the woman behind the Dancing Dolls of the Bring It! reality dance show, took the stage last week to a sold out crowd of young lady tweens, teens and their mothers eager to witness Ms. D’s dance troupe on stage at the Florida Theatre. Ms. D brought her renowned Southern Style dancers, style and routines to the audience for a night of dancing that included hip hop, pop, and jazz ensembles. Ms. D. came on the scene in 2001 and opened the Dollhouse Dance Factory in 2012. Bring It! showcases the day-to-day activities of the award-winning Jackson, Mississippi based troupe and its dancers, aged 10 – 17. Currently on a national tour, Ms. D. invited mothers onstage to ‘strut their stuff’ on the Florida Theater stage. KFP Photo.
