Pictured with Terry are fans Roslyn Gilbert and Cheresa Boston. Terry spoke to reporters and revealed, “I always like to have a book in my hand. My best book for me was my first book entitled ‘Mama’. When it came to recreating my books to movies, I was ecstatic that they were made into movies. I really appreciated Lifetime bringing my book ‘A Day Late and Dollar Short” to the screen. My advice to writers is to get an agent and write from the heart and your gut”.
