District 7 Day of Healing

Jacksonville City Council Member Reginald Gaffney (District 7) is holding a “City-Wide Day of Healing,” on Thursday, February 28^th at 12 noon in the City Council Chamber to rally citizens, public officials and businesses to unite efforts to stop violence in Jacksonville.
