San Jose Nurse and Doctors Ready for  Expansion – San Jose Health and Rehabilitation Center a Consulate Healthcare Center had an open house on February 4, 2015, from 4-7 pm.  The open house was in honor of the newly remodeled Therapy Department expansion. San Jose is a 120 bed skilled nursing center with 24 private rooms that has been completely renovated along with new furniture.  The open house featured a live Jazz band, a feast with a wide variety of food for everyone, along with having Chef Shawn create their special fajita right in front of them!  This celebration was enjoyed by all. San Jose Health and Rehabilitation Center look forward to having the community come and visit with a staff that takes care of your family with open hearts and hands.
