The Raines Vikings football team was recognized by the Duval County School Board during its monthly meeting this week. The Vikings made history this past December when they beat out the Cocoa Tigers for the Class 4A Florida High School Athletic Association Championship. The team took home a championship trophy to place alongside the one first gained in 1997 making them the only school in Duval County to do so.
