Northeast Florida Accountability Forum, (NO-FLAC), Sherwood Forest/Paradise Park Community Association, Inc., Azeria Health Foods, and other local community organizations jointly hosted a roundtable discussion with elected official Councilpersons Reginald Brown (District 10) and Sam Newby (At-Large – Group 5) entitled:  “What do we get, for what we spend? Where are our dividends?” The town hall meeting was held last week at the Legends Center, from 6 -8 p.m. Concerned citizens crammed the center to partake in a question answer session and achieve more insight into neighborhood crime, random shootings and beautification issues.

“We are pleased to have our city council persons here at the table. Having our local officials here on the front line enables citizens to ask questions and to understand the council person’s role and their willingness and ability to get the job done,” said NO-FLAC President Eunice Barnum.
