From the moment we arrived, the ambiance delivered vacation vibes — stylish, relaxed, and sophisticated. We began our culinary experience with two refreshing martinis: the Coconut Cloud Martini and the Grapefruit Basil Martini, crafted with Grey Goose, fresh basil, and grapefruit — although we happily substituted tequila for vodka with a smile.
As we explored the menu, several standout dishes immediately captured our attention. The Street Corn Dip blended jack and cotija cheeses with chipotle aïoli and house-made chips for the perfect shareable starter. Their World Famous Coconut Shrimp lived up to its reputation, paired beautifully with papaya-mango chutney for a sweet tropical finish.
Additional highlights included the savory Steak Flatbread topped with mozzarella and jack cheeses, portobello mushrooms, honey onions, baby arugula, and garlic aïoli. The Crispy Lemon Chicken entrée offered a flavorful combination of celery and pine nut salad accented with lemon caper notes, while the Blackened Shrimp Chopped Salad delivered a fresh mix of romaine, feta, vine-ripe tomatoes, avocado, roasted corn salsa, pecanwood bacon, and herb buttermilk dressing.
Beyond the dining experience, the restaurant also features an adjoining retail boutique showcasing signature Tommy Bahama merchandise including candles, polo shirts, and upscale summer apparel designed for its sophisticated clientele.
