The 2026 Oyster Fest returned over the weekend to Jacksonville’s historic Riverview neighborhood along the Trout River, bringing together residents, families, and community leaders for a day rooted in connection, culture, and environmental awareness. Hosted by the Riverview Community Collective, the day began with yoga, praise and worship, and a community meeting for residents to discuss the area’s potential and possibilities. Throughout the afternoon, attendees enjoyed fresh oysters, live music, food trucks, local vendors, and a vibrant kid zone designed to engage younger participants.Guests participated in a Wealth Watchers seminar and joined conversations centered on environmental restoration, cultural preservation, and community-
