Clara White Mission recently presented their 30th Annual ‘Miracle on Ashley Street’ event for an afternoon filled with Duvals favorite southern dishes and performances by local musicians. Over the past 29 years, $750,000 has been raised to fight hunger and end homelessness in Jacksonville. The event honors the legacy of its founder, Dr. Eartha M.M. White by continuing the work she began 119 years ago in this city. it brings together local celebrities serving a gourmet buffet to patrons and the homeless who sit side by side for the meal.
