Desperately looking to notch their first victory of the season, Edward Waters treated the home faithful fans to a dominant performance, knocking off visiting Morehouse 44-13 in their SIAC home contest last Saturday evening at the Nathaniel Glover Community Field and Stadium. For the Tigers, it was their third consecutive victory over Morehouse in the all-time series and their second straight contest in which the offense posted over 400 yards. EWU hit the end zone for their second time in the contest in the second quarter when Senior RB DeShaun Hugee got into the scoring act at the 4:41 mark of the second quarter with a four yard rushing touchdown of his own, to give EWU a commanding 24-0 lead going into the locker room.
