Suited For Success Jacksonville had the opportunity to host the first “Community Vendor Village” pop up-shop inside their new location in Arlington. The community event spotlighted local small businesses, nonprofits and community service agencies for their commitment to volunteering and donating used items to the organization.

Vendors set up booths to sell their goods or services to inform the attendees of resources available to support their businesses or organizations support processes. Business Coaches were in attendance to network and provide feedback and tips for attendees on how to network and take their business to the next level.  The events’ spotlight community charity was:  The Catherine Alfred Foundation who serves teens who are pregnant and at-risk girls in need of supportive services, baby items and counseling.

Supporter Jacqueline Johnson, Community Management Professional of Humana Healthy Horizons in Florida was also in attendance to support the event said, “this is what we need in our communities, pop up shops to pop up with info on the spot on health wellness, networking and service.”
