Join the Y Healthy Living Center Riverside, 221 Riverside Avenue for their first ever ‘Sound Bath/Sound Therapy class’ with Adriana Dobbs! This class will go over how sound therapy works, provide a 30-minute sound bath, and offer mini experiences of Vibrational Sound Therapy, Friday, July 7th, 6 – 7 p.m. Sound bath therapy can retune your body, mind, and spirit, encouraging relaxation, healing, and wellness.
