Juneteenth at the Ritz

Celebrate the 154th Anniversary of African American Emancipation, better known as JUNETEENTH (June 19, 1865 – June 19, 2019) Saturday, June 15th, at 11 a.m. at the Ritz Theatre and Museum, 829 N. Davis St.  All local and area writers, authors, and book lovers are invited to celebrate another anniversary of African American Emancipation.  The event will feature vendors, food, games for children, music, entertainment, and a uniquely African American educational journey.
