Jax Book Fest is coming back to the Main Library on Saturday, February 23^rd, 10:30 a.m. with a frighteningly fantastic headliner R.L. Stine. The record-breaking, internationally best-selling author of the Goosebumps series will speak and sign books. Book Fest will have events for book lovers, writers, educators and kids.
