The City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Sister Cities Association (JSCA) will celebrate the life of Nelson Mandela by sponsoring a fundraising banquet in support of health programs for the citizens of Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality in South Africa, as well as the Mandela Memorial in Washington, D.C. South African Ambassador Ebrahim Rasool will be the keynote speaker at the event, Thursday, August 21^st,  6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, 225 E.
