First Coast National Pan Hellenic Council and the Links Incorporated and friends will host the “Focus 2020: Your Vote, Your Voice…Our Collective Power, a Town Hall,” Thursday, October 24th at 6 p.m. at  Bethel Baptist Institutional Church, 215 Bethel Baptist Street.
