Jacksonville City Council Member Reginald Gaffney (District 7) is holding a “City-Wide Day of Healing,” on Thursday, February 28th at 12 noon in the City Council Chamber to rally citizens, public officials and businesses to unite efforts to stop violence in Jacksonville.
