WHAT: Councilwoman Ju’Coby Pittman, in collaboration with the City of Jacksonville and the Inaugural Memorial and Soil Collection Community Planning Committee, will host the Inaugural Memorial and Soil Collection Ceremony to honor the victims and survivors of the tragic Dollar General shooting. The ceremony will include the announcement of the unveiling of a Memorial Marker and a Soil Collection Ceremony, by 904Ward to pay tribute to those who lost their lives and those affected by this tragedy.
