Clay County HPCNEFL Resident Meeting

The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida is working to develop a strategic plan that will help shape the future of housing and community development in Clay County. Resident input is critical in the planning process, which involves an assessment of housing needs, current market conditions, and barriers to fair housing.
