Changing Homelessness, Inc., Jacksonville’s lead agency in the fight to end homelessness, will host the 3rd Annual Volunteer and Partner Appreciation Breakfast in partnership with Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ), on Wednesday, March 8th from 8:30 – 10:30 at the Advanced Technology Center located at 401 W. State Street.
